Because of the custom nature of printing items and other services we give, you need to inform us at within 3 business days after receiving your order, if you find that your delivered item inadequate or not as per your specifications.

We can’t give a discount or credit to you; anyway, we will reprint your original order in the case that we made a mistake or think that your desired product is defective. Assurance of deformity is at the consideration of our management. To get the reprint of your original order, you should submit digital photographs reporting the item deformity or return, at your own cost, the full amount of the first order to us within 7 business days of taking the original order delivery. Charges identified with the expedited processing orders are non-refundable.
